What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter: name, business name, industry, email, and optionally your mobile number, website address, and message. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance. We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and deliver the website check or consultation you asked for.
- To text you about your request, only if you checked the separate SMS consent box.
- To keep records of our communications with you.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business (for example, website hosting and email), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jorge@alpizarconsultinggroup.com. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
SMS terms
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Alpizar Consulting Group about your request (for example, scheduling and follow-up). Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency: varies based on your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will confirm and stop texting you.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accessibility statement
We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, labeled form fields, and support for screen readers and reduced-motion settings. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets.
